OUR METHOD

We explain what you are buying.

The technical conversations in our real customer proposals go further than an equipment list.

✓

Own installation team

The people responsible for the work are local to WA. We do not present ourselves as a broker passing the job to an unknown crew.

◇

Compare like for like

When possible, we hold panel or battery capacity constant and show why equipment brands differ in price and features.

⌁

Site conditions first

Switchboard, roof shape, phase supply, panel string configuration, battery location and backup scope are checked before committing to a design.

Support beyond commissioning

We help coordinate product warranty claims and explain which manufacturer covers what, with exact terms stated in the signed proposal.

THE PROCESS IN PLAIN ENGLISH

No mystery between the quote and the install.

We typically request the full electricity bill, the account holder’s name as required for applications, a switchboard photo and an accepted proposal. From there we coordinate the necessary Synergy and Western Power applications.

If finance or a government-backed loan is relevant, there may be a separate assessment and documentation process. We confirm the current program rules instead of promising an approval date or eligibility.

Our actual installation emails explain arrival time, estimated hours on site, temporary power isolation and when the homeowner needs to be available. These details are confirmed for each job.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Things worth checking in any quote.

Is backup actually included?

Ask for the backed-up circuits, inverter backup capacity, gateway requirements and whether any extra switchboard work is included.

Will the components work together?

Look at exact model numbers, inverter input limits, batteries’ usable capacities, firmware and control capabilities.

Who handles the warranty?

Separate manufacturer product warranties from workmanship coverage. We specify the current warranty duration in each final agreement.
